Job Title : Sales Manager
Department : Sales & Marketing
Reports To : Director, Sales & Marketing ( Expatriates)
Location : Wuhan

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS

-- Manages the company's or product lines sales activities, including advanced sales activity.
-- Approach targeted accounts, pursues profitable opportunities and provides ongoing service and follow up.
-- Calls on key accounts to cultivate relationships, identify opportunities and increase sales.
-- Develop & maintain highly sustainable, long-term customer relationships.
-- Clearly defines customer buying influence for opportunities, understands customer's specific job/function in the organization.
-- Work as effective communicator, positively impacts the sales cycle through interaction with internal resources & customers.
-- Recommend changes in pricing strategies, understands & participate in value pricing of products.
-- Coach customer on knowledge of our product/services and capabilities.
-- Participates in quote review process and presents quotes to the customer.
-- Effectively controls customer credit & AR.

QUALIFICATIONS AND KEY COMPETENCES

-- Understand product features & benefits, capable of explaining benefits in a meaningful way to the customers.
-- Report on and keep informed on competitive activities.
-- Gaining knowledge in competitive products & organizations.

-- Good oral and written English & Chinese

WORK CONDITIONS & PHYSICAL DEMANDS
-- Occasional after hour support may be required.
-- Occasional travel to various operating units as needed.
-- Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard or mouse, and to handle other computer components and willing to work at home in the beginning time.
