Desired Skills & Experience

1.A University degree or college diploma in an Electronic/ electrical applied science or engineering field or similar
2.A minimum of 3 years experience in handling the customer complaint and implementing quality program systems and procedures, and preferably in the Lighting Manufacturing Industry.
3.A through understanding of continuous improvement disciplines in a manufacturing environment.
4.Excellent electrical technical skills, a strong professional ethics and proven planning, prioritizing and organizational skills
5.A strong proficiency at preparing procedures, standards and execution plans
6.Must have knowledge of the rules of CCC, CE/ENEC-Mark & ISO9001 and ISO14001
7.Must have knowledge of management tool of SPC, MSA, FMEA, 8D etc.
8.Familiar with related manufacture process, such as plastic injection mould, die casting, PCB, painting, assembly etc.
9.Strong computer skills (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
10.Command of excellent Mandarin and the English languages is mandatory
11.Be able to often travel in China.

Responsible

1.Implementing and maintaining the quality management system, procedure and operative instruction with collaboration from the related function/ department
2.Carry out the internal audit, support for the certificated body factory inspection
3.Monitoring the key management process
4.Technical management of claims, returns, warranty replacements and repair related to after sales service
5.Follow up corrective action related to customer (local Asia market and headquarter) complaints that the cause is imputed to product itself.
