Job Description工作职责描述:

A. Fashion Show Management时装秀管理

1. Take part in fashion show meetings hold by managing director

与常务院长定期召开时装秀相关会议

2. Be in charge of the organization part of the show.

组织时装秀工作

3.Deal with suppliers regarding the show.

处理时装秀供应商事宜

4. Work with the artistic team.

协助时装秀艺术团队

5. Make sure schedule is followed by all parts.

确保团队时间安排及衔接

B. Manage activities and events on campus 管理学院活动和事件

In charge of planning weekly, monthly and yearly activities and events within the set budget decided

负责在学院预算范围内对周度、月度和年度活动做出计划

Ensure success of those activities and events 确保系列活动和事件的实施

Research activities linked with fashion/competitions and promote them

对时装行业和和竞争对手进行分析研究并采取相应措施

In charge of information board around campus

负责学院信息板

C. Communication with students 学生沟通工作

Inform marketing team of students’ stories for media and newsletter

将学生个人故事告知市场部相关成员，供新闻媒体采用

With employee’s agreement, the department director can assign other tasks within employee’s responsibilities but not listed above during periods of low activity, for urgent situations or change of organization.

在员工统一的前提下，部门总监可在活动减少、紧急情况或组织变更时向员工指派属员工职责范围，但又未列入以上清单内的其他任务。

Job Requirements 工作要求：
1.Mimimum of 3 years relevantwork experience in international schools or foreign companies.
至少3年国际性学院或外企相关工作经验
2.Good events organization and management ability
良好的活动组织和管理能力
3.familiar with the application procedures for foreigners’ certificate
熟悉外籍人员证件申请办理流程
4.Excellent verb ,listening and written skills in English or French
英语/法语优秀
5.Good interpersonal skills,specially the excellent communication skills with foreigners
出色的人际沟通技能，尤其是与外籍人员交流技巧
6.Responsibile ,outgong ,quick response, active ,able to work with different people
责任心，外向，反应敏捷，能与不同人员一起工作
7.Good time management ability and process management
良好的时间管理能力和过程管理能力
8. Able to coordinate a variety of tasks at the same time.
能够同时处理不同工作的能力
9. Having the resource of supplier information for fashion show would be a plus
有时装秀供应商资源优先
10.overseas learning or working experience would be prepared.
有海外学习或工作经历佳
