Main responsibilities
1. Ensure that all products within the area are quality checked according to the standards of technical specification and reference samples (or in sample report), the sampling plan and the quality policy and quality control procedure of company; ensure the products are in line with the market’s regulations.
2. Ensure products development moving smoothly in technical and quality point of view, and complete the technical specification with team and the supplier, updated and well organized them accordingly.
3. Meet first delivery mandatory inspection requirements and schedule follow up inspections based on “risk” or sales feedback. Ensure that all suppliers maintain the agreed quality level
4. Contribute to product development of new goods through providing ideas and solutions, and continually analyze existing products to find more cost-effective options that do not compromise design integrity.
5. Take over any extra or temporarily tasks from the line manager or office, and report accordingly on time.
Key conditions
1. 4 years and/or more than 4 years academic education in industry or engineering area;
2. More than 2 years technical and/or quality working experience in furniture, with metal and/or outdoor furniture experience will be prioritized;
3. Have product development and/or quality control working experience in resourcing business;
4. Able to use written English for daily work, and be able to speak English for daily communication;
5. Have good health and be able to travel often to meet the required schedule;
6. Be willing to learn to improve and to take hard work with team work spirit.
