职位描述
工作职责：
1.为学员进行语言能力测试，阶段进步评测与总结；
2.根据学生的特点与需要，建议教学方案与课程计划；
3.定期回访学员，主动关注并记录学员的学习进度与需求；
4.与外教团队密切配合，优化课程设置，帮助学员持续进步；
5.参与新课程的研发预备、应用试验等工作；
职位要求：
1.本科以上学历，海外背景、教育专业或英语专业优先；
2.英语口语流利，发音标准，热爱外语教学培训行业；
3.乐观开朗、耐心细致、温和稳重，擅于与人沟通；

4.懂得以积极的方式聆听学员的需求和处理工作压力；
5.有服务意识，有客服、教师或销售相关经验优先。
薪酬福利：
