Job Description:

Responsible for generating the recombinant proteins for mouse immunization, mAb screening, and BioPlex assay under the guidance of director;
Responsible for compiling the experimental data, summarizing the experimental results, and submitting the work report regularly under the guidance of director;
Assist in establishing, maintaining, and improving SOP of insect expression system;
In charge of routine insect cell culture room management and maintenance;
Accomplish other R&D duties and routine works related to preparation of recombinant protein.

Requirements:

Bachelor with 3+ years experience or Master Degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, or Cell Biology related Life Science field, or any equivalent combination of education and experience;
2+ years experience in preparation of recombinant proteins using insect cell or mammalian cell expression system;
Be able to complete all operations from construction of expression vectors to isolation and purification of recombinant proteins independently;
Good reading and writing skills in English and good teamwork spirit with other colleagues.

应聘要求：

2年以上采用昆虫表达系统或哺乳动物细胞表达系统完成重组蛋白表达的经验；
能独立完成从载体构建到重组蛋白分离纯化的一系列上下游工作；
良好的英语阅读和写作能力，良好的团队合作精神。
