Job Description工作描述：

1.Provide general support to the Admission team in order to reach the annual student recruitment target set by Board of Directors.

为招生组提供支持以确保理事会制定的年度学生招聘目标的实现

2.Work closely with the Marketing Director to establish a plan and strategy, while staying within budget, to expand the IFA brand and number of inquiries interested in our programs.

与市场部总监一起根据预算制定计划和战略措施，以扩大学院知名度，增加对学院课程的咨询数量

3.Work closely with the Marketing Director, the International recruitment Sales Admission Manager and Chinese recruitment Marketing and Communication Manager towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values.

与市场部总监、国际业务招生经理和中国招生市场与传播经理一起工作，以实现学院利润最大化增长，传播学院愿景和价值观。

4.Manage all actions related to the following管理所有以下活动：

English speaking social media sites 英语社交媒体网站

Reach out to social media key influencers 调研社交媒体的关键影响力

Foreign media 国外媒体

Web and Printed ads 网络及印刷广告

SEM on Facebook and Linkedin

Facebook 和Linkedin搜索引擎优化

Actively participate to industry networking events in Shanghai

积极参与上海地区业内联系活动

5.Complete monthly and yearly reports and analyze of activities under your responsibilities. Present to Sales Admission team, Chinese Marketing and Communication Manager and MKT Director on a regular basis monthly results.

完成月度及年度报告，并进行活动效果分析。定期向销售招生组、中国市场和传播经理和市场部总监进行月度汇报

6.Get closely involved with new projects.密切参与新项目

Job Reuqirements工作要求：

1.Have lived in Europe for few years.有在欧洲生活的经历

2.Preferably Master level education in MKT,Communication or Fashion related.

市场营销专业、传播专业或服装设计专业，硕士学历有限

3.Knowledge of foreign social media and fashion

有国外社交媒体和时尚行业知识

4.Excellent writing English skills

英语书写能力佳

5.Self-motivated.
