职位描述
Job Title: Logistics Supervisor
Job responsibilities:
Logistics Operations
? Hands on approach on Logistics operations
? Ensure stocks receipts are correct and on time and level of stock is at a healthy standard
? Responsible for the overall system transaction of incoming and outgoing of stocks in the warehouse
? Screen through standard stock list weekly
? Inventory control and reporting
? Reconciliation of monthly inventory reports with internal/external warehouses
? Support transportation booking and
? Responsible for the overall system transaction of incoming and outgoing of stocks in the warehouse
? Updating of inbound/outbound shipment arrival schedule and current stocks position report
? Coordination with Sales Support and Purchasing Team on all Incoming and Outgoing process for container loading and unloading
? Co-ordinate with forwarders/couriers for all deliveries and collection
? Coordinating with Suppliers on all incoming shipping arrangement
? Import LC application
? Preparing of import shipment documents for cargo clearance and Customs permit application
? Supporting incoming & outgoing inspection, daily picking & packing of stocks for delivery
? Coordinating with Suppliers, forwarders and carriers on all incoming shipping arrangement
? Reconciliation inventory with internal/external warehouses and stock take
? Import LC application
Requirement
? Diploma in Business or Logistics
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills
? Minimum 5-8 years relevant of experience
? Thorough knowledge with email, MS Windows, Word, PowerPoint and Excel is required.
? Experience in Planning, Purchasing an added advantage
? Preferably worked in an ERP system environment
? Proactive with positive problem solving skills and attitude
? Responsible and able to complete task assigned timely
? Hardworking and prepare to work overtime when required
