Beschreibung der T？tigkeiten :
General HSE Management Tasks:
Collaboration with the QHSE team and collaboration on IMS-Team activities.
Reports directly to the Head of QHSE
Evaluation of the adequacy of the TGE Procedures, identification of deficiencies and advising the Head of QHSE of identified requirements for updating or development of the Procedures.
Indentification and reporting of possible HSE related problems to the Head of QHSE
Preparation, execution and reporting of HSE audits for TGE
Continual Improvement within IMS
Measurement & Analysis within IMS
Ensures that European and local HSE legislations is identified and fully respected within its scope
To provide HSE training to new employees to TGE

Project/Site HSE Management Tasks:
Ensure the Health. Safety and Environmental objectives of the project are met during the implementation and execution of the project. In principle it is always “No accidents, No hazard for health and safety, No damage to the environment”.
Issue the Project HSE plan and implement the same throughout all site activities under consideration of Owner’s HSE objectives and requirements and co-ordinates with the Owner.
In charge for the Organisation, Planning, Co-ordination, Recording and Control of all related HSE activities including studies, reviews, risk-assessments, etc.
Co-ordinate the team of HSE engineers of TGE on site (depending on project size and organisation) and HSE officers from sub-contractors.
Co-ordination and execution of Safety Induction program, HSE audits, Tool box meeting, Specification of Personnel Safety equipment, Safety signalling, First Aid on Site, etc.
Preparation and provision of guidelines to personnel working on site.
Preparation and provision of guidelines for equipment to be used on site.
Co-ordination and resolving within the TGE organisation (Construction Manager) on site of any HSE issue occurring on site, including any comments from Owner, other Contractors or Subcontractors.
Co-ordination with authorities and third party agencies for HSE audits on site.
Co-ordinate emergency planning with authorities, third party agencies, fire brigade, ambulance and hospitals.
Prepare and implement a controlled permit to work system when construction period changes to commissioning / start-up and operation of the plant.
Collecting the statistical data of the project for reporting to Owner and internal to TGE.



Educational background / skills and knowledge :
Erforderliche Ausbildung / F？higkeiten und Kenntnisse :
Graduate Level in Engineering
Professional qualification and certification in HSE
Min. 10 years professional site experience in the Oil & Gas Industry
Experience in HSE regulation
ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 9001 (Introduction / Development / Improvement)
Qualified Auditor ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001
Analytical skills
Independent working method
Good perceptive faculties
Organisational faculties
Familiarity with intercultural working
Ability to coordinate and train
Flexible, resistant, creative, open-minded
Good language skills, including written and spoken English & Chinese
Standard PC skills (Microsoft Office, Visio)
