CORE JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Perform AR collection. Communicate with customers and Sales people to collect money smoothly.
- Process AR clearing in Oracle.
- Reconcile the shipment & Sales data.
- Issue VAT invoice by using Golden tax system, reconcile system invoice and VAT invoice.
- Implement tax declaration for VAT, Surtax and Corporate Income Tax and other tax related matters.
- Act as a cashier to handle e-bank payments or check.
- Reconcile cash book and bank statements.
- Act as a GL accountant to input entries, to make accrual, amortization and to reconcile GL and sub-ledger
- Cooperate month end closing.

EDUCATION DESIRED:
- University degree holder in Accounting/Finance major

EXPERIENCE DESIRED:
- At least 5 years’ experience in accounting area.

KNOWLEDGE DESIRED:
- Work Independently and willing to work under pressure;
- Professional, careful, self-motivate and team work spirit;
- Familiar with ERP system, Oracle experience is a plus;
- Fluent in written and oral English
