职位描述
Position: Investment Manager
Report to: Sr. Director, Business Development
Location: Changzhou, Jiangsu
Main responsibilities:
Attend conferences, seminars and other impact investment events and proactively seek potential opportunities.
Develop and expand global network of advisors, partners and associates through which pipeline opportunities can be sourced.
Screen investment opportunities and make recommendations to the management team as to which ones to take forward.
Structure and negotiate financial terms with the investee companies. Review financial models and information.
Manage existing portfolio of investments as well as new additions to the portfolio
Visit the businesses as required to address issues and provide support.
Arrange Legal documentations and review.

Requirements:
Background in venture capital/private equity or a related discipline and/or relevant experience of working with early stage companies.
Fluent in English is a must. Good communication skills, including inter cultural experience.
Comfortable with accounting and financial information and able to interpret this to support investment decisions and operational actions.
A team player who can work well with colleagues spread across geographies
Ability to undertake international travel several times per year involving up to 2-4 weeks away visiting pipeline companies and attending events.
