1.Ownership of successful schedule and execution of production activities and cut work order in system timely; Size the availability of materials and production capacity so as to develop an aggressive but achievable schedule.制定并执行有效的生产计划并及时下达工作订单。评估物料和产能情况，以确保计划是积极且可实现的。
2.Analyze material and production factors required to meet the production plan, identify production outputs necessary to meet the schedule over a determined time horizon.
分析物料和生产的各项因素来满足生产计划, 并在要求的时间范围内明确来满足生产计划所必需的产出。
3.Compare production plan with customer PO coverage on regular basis to meet On Time Delivery and avoid material exposure.定期比较生产计划和客户订单来满足及时交货和避免物料的闲置。
4.Material planning according to the customer's requirement and the actual demand.
根据客户需求和生产实际需求制定物料需求计划。
5.Run weekly material shortage reports, review and follow up the shortages to ensure materials availability for production.
每周运行系统材料短缺报告并跟进物料状态，以确保生产线的正常物料供应。
6.Production scheduling that optimizes labor and machine resources, develop capabilities by accepting and resolving any extra projects deemed necessary by Material Manager or top management.
优化生产产品次序使得人力和物力资源达到最优配置，开发产能以便接受和解决物料经理或管理层认为必须的额外项目。
7.Coordinate production launch of new products or projects with Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing Sites, Purchasing etc.
与销售、工程、生产、采购等部门协作，协调新产品或新项目试制。
8.Meet or exceed and continuously improve on related performance metrics objectives
达到或超过并不断提高对部门相关绩效指标的目标。
9.Continue with self development through training programs, seminars, and self-study.

10.Performs various other assignments as directed by supervisor.
