Target
To ensure that quality standards are respected and improved by having:
- the least round of samples before giving BPF ( 2 round)
- all production that meets buyers’ quality standards

Job responsibility
- To ensure MAP comments are done accurately and on time
- To ensure training of QA/JQA at all time
- To be the team leader: manage, supervise and assess the QA team members
- To be both technical expert, and solution provider
- To report/feedback to the Coordinator Quality for major quality issues and with AQF Project Manager
- To regularly report/feedback to his/her direct manager
- To work closely with the merchandisers team
- To assess technically and socially new suppliers by conducting social and technical audits for suppliers’ factories.

- To guarantee a full understanding of our quality standards for production by all new suppliers, by ensuring that
each new supplier has properly understood our Supplier Manuals and by conducting visit in new factory prior
to inspections. (to become part of AQF team’s mission

Requiremtnes:
- Bachelor degree of garments/textile or related, familiary with garment technique checking, fitting and PP sample approval.
- Over 8 years related work experience;
- Good command of English both oral and written;
- Good communicate skills with internal and external team.
- Mature, solution oriented, high sense of responsible, can work independently and under pressure.

- 确保两轮样板修改后就能提供大货生产许可 （2轮）
- 确保所有的产品符合购买商家的品质标准

该职位的日常工作。注：具有管理职责的员工

- 确保准确及时的给出样板修改意见,
- 确保在任何时间培训质量顾问或初级质量顾问,
- 作为质量团队的领导, 管理, 监督并评估该团队的成员,
- 作为技术专家, 解决方案的提供者,
- 将较严重的质量的问题报告/反馈给质量协调员及供应商质量保证项目经理,
- 向其直接经理提交规律的报告及反馈,
- 与采购跟单部门密切合作,
- 通过对供应商的工厂进行技术上和质量上的审核，对新的供应商进行技术上和质量上的评估,
- 通过确保每一个新的供应商清楚地了解我们的供应商守则以及通过对新工厂的先于验货公司的指导性访问，
保证所有新的供应商对我们关于产品品质标准的要求有一个全面的理解,
