SUMMARY

Lead, organize coordinate of the key activities within the Customer Focus Team (Manufacturing engineering, Product Engineering, Quality Engineering (Customer, Supplier & IRS), Production Line Management and assembly personnel) in line with business needs and IRS guidelines

in order to realize business plan

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

¨ Co-Implement a business plan for the CFT area in line with the overall business plan objectives

¨ Contribute to manage budgets labor efficiency, rework@ customer, scrap, support hrs operations towards CFT (maintenance, operational quality, etc…)

¨ Improve internal processes related to customer satisfaction

¨ Correct implementation of customer specific requirements into internal specifications

¨ Understand and follow Inalfa policies and practices and any other legal requirements.

¨ Submit supplier quality performance report on time _ weekly, monthly, annual.

¨ Conduct incoming inspection for new project.

¨ Reviews and diagnosis defective material rejected.

¨ Focus on spill issue and D-rated supplier, support supplier to enhance process capability.

¨ Audit visits to suppliers to ensure continous improvement of supplier quality systems

¨ Contribute to resolution of Non conformities

¨ Performs statistical analyis and trend monitoring of supplier quality measurements

¨ Proactively organize and manage the necessary supplier actions in order to obtain supplier PPAP when components are changed

¨ Submit and follow up complaints towards supplier, review supplier 8 D and follow-up on the necessary improvement actions to guarantee supplier quality

¨ Review product quality measurements and define actions to improve or stabilize the quality levels and or reduce the cost of non quality the cost of quality

¨ Verification and correction of control plans when product or process changes occur

¨ Follow-up on calibration plans for measurement systems and tools

¨ Participate on 8D and problem solving

¨ Instruct and support the continue improvement tools on the shop floor

¨ Define and maintain the visual standards at the shop floor

¨ Defines the quality control plan according customer requirements

¨ Support on development and production of equipment and gauges from suppliers

¨ Support of feasibility analysis and development of new processes (Line trials)

¨ Cooperate with Measurement System Analysis and evaluation

¨ Contribute to minimalize launch costs

¨ Define and execute of improvement projects in order to achieve business objectives (including VA/VE initiatives)

¨ Responsible for compliance with safety and environmental requirements cleanliness & order, work ergonomics Define and execute of improvement projects in order to achieve business objectives (including VA/VE initiatives)

¨ Train shop floor personnel on quality aspects of products and process and problem solving methods

¨ Execute processes compliant with ISO-TS and/or ISO-14001

¨ Contribute to resolution of Non conformities

¨ Effectively contribute to defined meetings in the operational Management system within the department to drive performance based on data, root cause analysis and effective and efficient meetings with stakeholders

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES – N/A

in depth knowledge about, FMEA, Six Sigma & Lean techniques (included problemsolving techniques), Statistics, APQP (PPAP), 5s and Standard Work, ISO-TS & VDA requirements

Supplier assessment skills _ process, product, system audit

Quality tools （SPC、FMEA、PPAP、APQP、MSA ）

Knowledge about MS Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel,..)

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

Bachelors degree or equivalent; 5 years of automotive experience and/or training; Min 2 years leadership position

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Fluent in English and or (German/ Korean/ Chinese)
