Conduct PP sample meeting at factory and review PP sample and comments (with factory manager, sample room manager, production manager etc…)
Develop and implement test methods and procedures meeting regulatory requirements and customer specifications and discuss the applicable inspection activities with the QC responsible for work execution
Establish and maintain a solid working relationship with the factories
Assess any potential issues or risks of production from factories and ensure the information is escalated to QC manager
Work with QC manager to ensure adequate training and guidance is provided for the factory crew on SFG processes and procedures and monitoring its implementation
Ensure factory has the folding/packing and pressing standard samples prior to inspection and ensure its compliance with applicable requirements
Conduct in-line inspection at early stage of production (less than 20% completed) and ensure all sizes are available for inspection
Work with factory production team to ensure that any issues identified at inline inspection are rectified
Select shipment sample from bulk, check and measure and if within tolerance send to MC team with spec attached
Conduct final inspection when 95% of the bulk is packed and check bulk against the PP sample and shipment and inline comments
Send final report to QC manager and other relevant team members in China office for translation on the timely fashion
Escalate any QC issues to QC manager with defect samples marked to be addressed
Generate an accurate inspection reports with measurement information for each assignment completion


- REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum of 5 years as a QC inspector with experience of working in manufacturing and factory environment
Ability to resolve quality issues found during inline inspection and ensure no/less quality issues found in final
Skilful in handling quality issues with factories production team.
Solid understanding of woven and knitted styles including sewing construction
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word) and Microsoft Outlook
Excellent Mandarin and ability to speak and write English
Honest, hard-working, with ability to work with initiative and under pressure.


检查PP（产前样）- 样衣来自于QC部门或MC
在工厂开产前会，检查PP样以及阅读PP意见（与工厂经理、样衣间经理、生产经理等）
根据常规要求以及顾客详细说明开展测试并执行相关流程，与QC相关负责人讨论切实可行的查货安排
与工厂建立和保持固有的工作模式和联系
尽量多了解工厂生产过程中的潜在问题和质量风险及时通知QC经理
与QC经理一起确保工厂可以获得足够的指导培训并清楚知悉SFG操作流程并监督其执行
确保工厂在查货前就备有有折叠/包装和整烫的标准样衣，确保这些资料都符合要求
在生产初期阶段做中查（大货完成不到20%）并确保查货时齐码
与工厂生产团队一起确保中查发现的任何问题都要及时整改
从大货中挑出船样，检查后并量尺寸，如果尺寸在公差范围内请寄船样给MC并附上相应规格表
大货95%包装完成方可尾查，参照PP样、船样和中查意见与大货样比对
及时发尾查报告给QC经理和其余相关人员翻译
任何质量问题请在通知QC经理的同时附上疵点样衣并注明具体问题
查货报告要完整且精确。


任职要求：


至少有5年相关环境（工厂或制造厂）QC查货经验
能够在中查解决质量问题确保尾查时同样问题的比例下降或已经修复
能够游刃有余地与工厂生产部门解决质量问题
具备丰富的针织梭织款相关专业知识且懂得车缝做工
办公自动化软件和OUTLOOK邮箱应用熟练
熟练的语言表达和写作能力（普通话和英语）
诚实、努力、工作有主动性且抗压能力佳
