Main responsibilities ：

• As Tool and Injection Moulding Machine’s Technician;
  模具及注塑技术员；
• Participate the equipment acceptance process;
  参与设备验收；
• The equipment setup and tooling change over;
  设备安装及工装转接；
• Adjustment tooling and Injection Moulding machine;
  模具注塑机调试；
• Daily maintenance and check list filling in;
  日常维护及记录；
• Support Production leader to achieve team target in production process;
  协助生产管理人员按生产流程达到团队目标；
• Training Operator in machine or new product trial run period;
  对操作工进行关于机器及新产品测试阶段的培训；
• Other task authorized by leader.
  上级安排的其它工作。

Requirements:

• Above technical school degree, mechanical-electrical, or Injection Molding and Plastic major related;
  中专或大专相关机电，注塑相关专业学历毕业；
• At least five years injection molding production experience, with experience in automotive industry is a plus, be suitable for shift change;
  至少5 年以上注塑模具生产经验，汽车行业优先考虑，且能适应翻班；
• Familiar with Injection Molding process, familiar with adjustment and change over in related area, with Demag Injection machine’s knowledge is preferred;
  熟悉注塑工艺流程，相关设备调试及模具更换经验，有德马格注塑机经验的优先考虑
• To be honest; Work hard, skillful practical operation;
  工作踏实，为人诚恳，动手能力强；
• Good team work spirit;
  优秀的团队合作精神；
• Good computer skill and basic English communication and reading skill.
  具有较好的计算机基本操作能力，有基础的英文沟通和阅读能力。
