岗位职责
1、安排协调各项培训执行事宜；
2、搜集培训信息，制作培训资料；
3、开展培训流程，做好培训记录并对学员意见进行收集反馈；
4、整理各项培训资料、归档及统计相关数据，维护和更新培训档案系统；
5、撰写各类会议纪要事宜；
6、完成上级交办的其它事务性工作。

任职要求：
1、本科以上学历，英语CET-6；
2、有人力资源专业或有一年以上培训组织和管理相关工作经验者优先考虑；
3、一年以上培训组织和管理相关工作经验优先考虑；
4、熟练使用办公室软件，尤其擅长制作PPT教案；
5、良好的语言表达、沟通、协调以及人际交往能力，具备一定的文字功底，团队合作精神；
6、性格开朗，能承受一定的工作压力。
