Key Account Manager - Industrial 工业类产品客户经理

Key Account Manager - Industrial for our Sales Office in Shanghai
Your duties:
1. Market Development
- Conduct Market data and provide Market Data
- Perception of the potential of the market
- Assistance to establishment of market concepts and strategies
- Assistance to establishment of demand figures for the strategic planning and sales plan
- Assistance to establishment of sales targets
- Verification and control of the targets
2. Attention to Customers
- Establish and maintain frequent visits to customers
- Establish personal contacts with the customers
- Carry out visit reports and the necessary and opportune activities implied by these
- Coordination of projects, especially for new developments
3. Setup and Management of Dealer network
- Evaluate and select potential dealers for specific market segments and regions
- Dealer Management in terms product training, pricing policy, etc.
- Revision if our company is represented in a good way in the different areas and markets
- Continuously information exchange with dealers
- To develop strong partnership by conducting personal contacts with the dealers
4. Offers / Contract Reviews
- Revision of incoming information requests
- Clarify technical concerns in collaboration with STDE
- Determination of the delivery terms
- Preparation and presentation of quotations
- Contract Review
- Review sales data and ensure customer confirmation
5. Development/Application Areas/Coordination Processes
- Verification of potential new applications
- Correct management of new developments and applications with the customer
6. Ordering Process (could be only as assistance to sales logistics)
- Integration and update of customer basic data
- Processing of the incoming orders and deliveries
- To release deliveries
7. Key Account Management
- Contact to local non-automotive key accounts to identify customer satisfaction, new applications and needs, verify customer’s requirements and assist with concept designs
8. Application Engineering
- Project Management through liaison between customer, Stabilus GmbH and STCN
- Technical information and product training for customer base
- Installation proposals in conjunction with STDE for new development projects
- Fine tuning of proposed products in actual applications
- Handling of sample requirements (quotations, ordering and on time delivery)
- Interlink between STDE and customer, especially with regard to order handling, agreement of design and specifications
- Co-ordination of customer release for design changes
- Co-ordination of logistical requirements for our customers, such as packaging and delivery
system

Our requirements:
- Several years of Sales and/or Application engineering in industrial area
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Familiar with engineering process and manufacturing environment
- University or equivalent degree
- Age between 24 and 40
- Strong sense of responsibility, high initiative, mature and reliable
- Customer- and market-oriented
- Self-motivated
- Be able to work under pressure]
- Fluent in English
