Job Title: GM Secretary

Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for GM(German) calendar management;
2.Organize company leveled meetings and make meeting minutes, as well as follow up action log;
3.Organize company leveled activities;
4.Responsible for foreign visitors reception;
5.Document translation, filing and interpretation during meetings;
6. Keep high confidentiality of any work related matter.

Requirements:
1.Above 2 years related working experience in a multinational company, auto industry is preferred;
2.Easy going, responsible, detail oriented, fast learner;
3.Good communication and presentation skills;
4. Proficient PC Skills especially MS Office;
5. Fluent English command, both orally and written.
