Responsibilities:
主要职责：
· In charge of Marketing events and promotion implementation；
负责市场活动的推广和执行；


· Promote brand and preview centre with high and premium image and solid message delivery, to ensure brand image healthy in front of consumer and market；
以良好的形象和清晰的阐述来提升品来的在消费者市场中的形象与价值；


· Introduce preview centre and guide guests to there to get a professional presentation；
介绍预览中心，并对客户前往预览中心予以引导；


· Drive qualified tour to ensure business target achievement；
驱动合格旅游以完成绩效目标；


· Treat fellow staff and the public with courtesy and respect；
对待同事及客人礼貌端庄；


· Maintain minimum performance targets (KPI's) detailed；
保证完成市场绩效管理的考核标准；


· Know and work by the Company Values；
了解公司文化并遵守执行；


· Perform clerical or other reasonable duties requested by the team leader.

Qualifications:
任职要求：
· Excellent customer service skills, including but not limited to, active listening, empathizing, problem solving, organized, detail oriented, follow through, and excellent verbal and written communication skills；
客户服务管理工作经验，高度的责任心和客户服务意识，善于倾听，亲和力强，有耐心，关注细节，坚持，较强的组织、计划、控制、协调能力和人际交往能力、应变能力；


· Previous customer service experience preferred；
相关客户服务工作经验优先考虑；


· Ability to work as a team player, in a personable and positive manner；
具有团队精神，工作积极认真；


· Ability to work quickly and accurately in a high volume environment. Able to perform well under deadlines and respond well to an environment of constant change；
工作高效率高质量，能够快速反应并应对变化；


· Fluent in English/or Putonghua languages.
