岗位职责：
1、熟悉外高桥保税区、物流园区的操作流程，熟悉国内转关业务；（有各类进口食品的进出口操作经验者优先）；
2、有较强的团队管理、协调能力；
3、有效及时处理服务客户的异常及投诉，确保信息跟踪反馈的及时准确性及定期客户满意度分析；
4、根据业务发展趋势，不断改进客服水平。
任职要求：
1、专科或以上学历，英语熟练；
2、5年以上同行业工作经验；
3、有一定的谈判技巧，能够有效处理客户投诉的问题；
4、较强的沟通协调能力和团队合作能力；
