Essential Functions:

1. Ensure product quality meet the standard and customer’s specification

2. Develop procedures, work instruction, inspection plans/checklist and new product introduction

3. Executes and evaluates all quality system management procedures and policies

4. Perform data analysis and drive for improvement.

5. Perform MSA and Gage R&R to evaluate test and inspection equipment.

6. Coordinate with other Kingston site for any quality issues or outstanding issues.

7. Liaise with customer for any quality issue, requirements and implementation plan.

8. Coordinate for customer RMA/FA request and report

Hiring Guidelines:

1. Bachelor Degree with Electrical / Electronics Engineering background

2. At least 2 years and above working experience in QA function

3. Skilled in SPC, MSA, GR&R and problem-solving

4. Fluent in English, both oral and writing

5. Familiar with IPC-600/610 standard and SMT Process

6. Experienced in ISO certification requirements
