Main Responsibilities:

1. Measure and calculate the std. time, then maintain it in the production system.

2. Calculate the capacity of each process.

3. Able to evaluate some project, such as rework cost, unit cost calculation. Etc.

4. Review current layout, increase the utilization of space

5. Base on forecast, offer the capacity plan, make sure the smooth production.

6. Analyse the production efficiency or productivity, find out the rootcause and improve it

7. Make preparations for NPI, responsible for line design, line set up, to predict the line capacity,utilization and the standard head count arrangement

8. Review the director labor base on process.

9. Assist ME manager to finish special project.

Hiring Guidelines:

1. Education background: bachelor degree or above, major in engineering, IE is prefer.

2. Experience: 3 year experience

3. English: Fluent English speaking and writing.

4. Good skill in communication and teamwork spirit

5. PC skill: office and AutoCAD is a must.

6. Be able to work under pressure
