Responsibilities
The manager will oversee and actively participate in planning, monitoring, and controlling of offshore development projects. He or she will be responsible for co-ordination and successful completion of the project. To this end, the manager will perform a variety of tasks: recommends and set project milestones, delegating tasks, and monitoring project progress, and management resources assigned to the project. The Project Manager may be assigned to more than one project at a time.

Required Skill Sets
1) Bachelor's degree and or Masters in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
2) Minimum of 2-year experience in Management with an overall 5 years of experience
3) In depth understanding of various Java technologies including EJBs, JDBC, Servlets as well as XML related technologies
4) Familiarity with open source application development frameworks like Struts, Spring, Hibernate and application servers such as JBoss
5) SQL experience is required
6) Strong problem solving and analytical capabilities
7) Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
