Responsibilities
· On-site and remote IT support to the internal users
· Administration of client computer (MS Windows) environment including hardware and software planning, deployment, maintenance and decommissioning
· Co-administration of corporate MS Active Directory environment with the local/regional responsibility.
· Server- and Storage administration (Microsoft, VMware) on the local/regional scope including server and storage planning, operation, maintenance, monitoring and data backup.
· Administration of networking and security environment
· Working with project teams
· Implementing corporate standards and internal line of business requests within own responsibility area
Requirements
· High-level education in Information Technology and appropriate skills and 3+ years'experience in relation to the tasks above.
· Microsoft Certifications like MCITP or MSCSA are highly appreciated
· Strong results orientation
· Able to adapt and quickly develop in-depth technical understanding of new/different applications
· Strong ability to analyse situations, diagnose problems, and develop and implement solutions, often within narrow time frames.
· Must be a team player willing to work on a variety of technical initiatives
· Must have the ability to work independently and identify priorities for completion of multiple tasks / projects under pressure.
· Advanced organizational skills and analytical skills
