岗位职责：
1. 负责运维工具开发与优化；
2. 参与运维规划、方案撰写、实施以及文档整理等工作；
3、研究各类开源软件的使用；
4、走读开源软件的代码；
5、根据工作中遇到的需求对软件进行修改。
任职资格：
1. 2年以上的相关工作经验，具有团队协作精神，良好的沟通能力；
2. 能够熟练运用SHELL/PERL等编写脚本；
3. 掌握PHP/CGI/Java等技术尤佳;
4. 熟悉Tomcat、Apache等Web服务器的搭建及维护，有大用户量网站维护经验者优先；
5. 熟悉Oralce/MySQL等主流数据库；
6. 了解Nagios/PUPPET等开源软件尤佳；
7. 对CISCO、H3C等网络设备有一定的了解；
8．熟悉C、Python等编程；
9．能够动手修改开源软件的代码；
10. 较强的英文阅读能力；
