职位职责：
1、负责游戏平台，SNS规划和开发；
2、汇总分析平台相关数据，对产品改进提供数据支持，持续提升平台产品的体验；
3、分析用户行为及需求，收集用户反馈，对产品进行持续的优化和改进；
4、负责平台统计后台,游戏后台，GM工具的规划与开发维护；
5、负责技术难点开发；
6、负责技术团队建设，培养技术骨干，做好公司技术人才储备工作。
7、负责与其它部门的协调工作。
8、负责团队的日常管理工作。

任职要求：
1、三年以上平台或SNS工作经验；
2、熟悉互联网平台产品的开发流程，曾经组织过产品设计、研发、推广及改进整个过程；
3、具有计算机技术相关背景，了解基本的 Web 技术原理和 Web 编程语言PHP ；
4、熟悉客户端语言Javascript,Jquery等 ；
5、熟悉数据库缓存，如Memcache等，了解数据库主从，数据库集群等工作；
6、熟悉Linux，可能编写相关的脚本；
7、出色的语言、沟通、组织和协调能力，极强的问题解决能力；

8、有游戏行业的平台开发经验优先
