As part of the corporate design management team for the group’s residential and integrated developments, ideal candidate will:

作为公司设计管理团队一员，致力于集团住宅及综合物业的开发，候选人需具备以下能力：

- Manage the appointed interior design consultants and work closely with the project, design and contract management teams from project inception to completion, and will critique and review the design proposals by consultants.

管理指定的室内设计顾问，在项目整个执行过程中就项目设计和建筑承包管理团队紧密合作，并对顾问提出的设计建议进行审核和修改。

Key responsibilities include conceptual and schematic design; space planning; furnishing, lightings and fittings.

主要职责包括概念和图纸设计；空间设计；家具、照明和设施的设计。

Requirements:

要求

- Degree in Architecture or Interior Design from a recognized university

知名大学建筑师或室内设计专业学位

- Minimum 5 years’ of relevant working experience in Interior Design work in the residential or hospitality sectors. (5-star hotel and/or serviced apartment design experience is preferred.)

至少有5年住宅或酒店室内设计行业相关工作经验。(有5星酒店及/或酒店式公寓设计经验者优先考虑)

- Necessary to possess good understanding of building regulations and plan submission, especially fire safety design in China.

需熟悉大楼设计规定和图纸递交要求，尤其中国大楼内消防安全的设计。

- Strong ability in design and colours and a passion for design excellence

很强的设计和色彩能力，对设计精益求精

- Highly innovative with an ability to balance practicality, quality and business considerations, with an eye for details

具有实用性，高质量和低成本之间平衡能力，注重细节

- Good interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively with consultants and professional peers in reviewing, directing and critique of their design proposals to achieve project goals

良好沟通能力，能与设计顾问和专业人士有效共事，审查、指导、改正他们的设计建议以达到项目要求。

- Good team player who can collaborate with colleagues from different departments to achieve shared objectives for the projects

良好的团队合作精神，能与不同部门通力合作达到项目各项要求

- Good managerial/leadership skills

良好管理、领导能力

- Overseas work experience would be an advantage

有海外工作经验者优先考虑

- Good spoken and written English and Chinese language

良好英语和中文读写能力

- Proficiency in using AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop and 3D-Max software

熟练使用AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop 和3D-Max软件
