岗位职责：
1. 接收开发组组长的工作安排，按业务需求和进度计划完成任务和相关文档；
2. 对自己所承担工作内容和相关文档的进度、质量负责；
1. 四年以上的软件开发经验，具有团队协作精神，良好的沟通能力；
2. 熟悉J2EE企业应用架构；能熟练掌握Struts，Spring，Hibernate以及jQuery等技术；
3. 精通SQL，能熟练掌握MySQL/Oracle等关系型数据库；
4. 较强的英文阅读能力；
地点： 上海/中国
