职位描述

Main Responsibilities:

This position requires a fruitful experience in sales principles and business strategy development with the ability to navigate the requirements of a dynamic and matrix organization. This position has the overall responsibility to develop and implement a Territorial OR China region-wide sales strategy that will improve the organization's competitive position. Sales related activities may include but not limited to the setting of sales plans, objective, and the development of future strategies; analysis of competitive products and selling techniques, setting sales budgets/ objectives, and development of pricing strategies.



Key Accountabilities:

1.Focus on Polymer compounding industry such as masterbatch industry, engineering plastic industry, PVC industry and Polyolefin industry.

2.Main objective is to promote Polymer Additive such as Anti-Oxidant, UVs, and specialty products such as Tin stabilizer & Intermediate;

3.Chemical plant which producing 1st tier polymer will be in the pipeline for future business development;

4.Deliver the Sales Plan for Territorial OR China, this includes working with each region to develop robust deliverable sales plans that contain sufficient contingency to ensure that company's committed sales numbers will be achieved;

5.Ensure that profit margins and investment returns are maximized through diligent management of prices and commercial agreements;

6.Ensure a clearly differentiated strategy delivering agreed growth targets with the key accounts;

7.Manage the overall opportunity pipeline, ensuring that the pipeline grows at the rate needed to deliver the sales plan numbers and that the opportunities are predominantly customer pushing opportunities;

8.Penetrate into key vertical markets and build better brand awareness;

9.Communicate with global teams for deployment of product localization and technical support that is needed.



Qualification & Experiences:

1.A mature and strong sales person with a minimum of 5 years of directly applicable sales experience, plus wide knowledge and experience of chemical or in the adjacent markets that adopts similar sales model;

2.Knowledge of Polymer Additive is amust;

3.Chemistry or Chemical Engineering background is a plus;

4.Familiar with key industries such as chemical, compounding, engineering material &masterbatch;

5.Application technical skill is a plus;

6.Excellent leadership, negotiation, problem solving, decision-making, project management, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills required;

7.Self-motivated and capable of devising & implementing a sales strategy within agreed guideline;

8.Capability to develop independently and successfully a business based on products often requiring a significantlevel of technological understanding;
9.Strong customer oriented and commercially motivated with a will to succeed in a fast developing region;
10.Ability to work effectively across organizations and cross culturally; experience working internationally a plus;
11.Highly skilled at organization and personnel development;
12.Financial and commercially astute;
13.Fluency in English is a plus;
