Requirement:

-University degree major in mechanics or related.
-Previous purchase experiences in manufacturing industry longer than 3-yr required.
-Knowledge of business and contract law.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Good root cause analysis skills.
-Manufacturing capability skills.
-Understanding of quality systems.
-Excellent computer operation skill
-Basic knowledge/experience on SAP or other computer system
-Good English in listening, speaking, reading, writing
-Positive, Responsible, constrained, independent and could work under certain pressure
-Initiative, and good communication

Responsibilities:

-Negotiate prices, terms and conditions for the procurement of the items assigned
-Negotiate and develop long term agreements
-Resolve all cost, quality and delivery problems
-Achieve annual purchasing objectives
-Handle SRM request and resolve problems
-Work with maintenance engineer for availability of spare parts
-On-site confirmation of un-standard machining parts, tooling & facility with engineer
-Work with Production & Project manager for Equipment and tooling procurement
-Relation management with suppliers
-To work on continuous improvement tasks.
-Temporary tasks authorized by supervisor.
