Institutional Aim
Assist National Sales Field Director to develop sales with focus in Japanese market; be responsible for selling existing products, moreover be responsible to maintain and develop good sales channels; monitor daily sales target, achieve and excess the sales target, and control the operational cost of the concern markets; be effectively interact with marketing team and get involved in marketing budget control.
Main activities / responsibilities
- Maintain and develop PSA channels, train and help PSA to achieve sales target
- Allocate the sales target and budget to related PSA and to ensure the achievement of the yearly target or better higher than the target
- Develop MICE market in the country and assist PSA to plan and organize promotions for all projects
- Assist/train PSA on Costa tools such as CCK, Costa Corner and Costa Club
- Keep an eye on the sales market situation and trend and provide suggestion to National Sales Field Director on possible strategy to increase our market share
Job Specification
- Degree holder in business/travel field is preferred
- Excellent Japanese, Mandarin, English languages, both spoken and written
- Having at least 5 years sales working experience in travel industry field is preferred although not mandate
- Can work independently with minimum supervision
- Can work under pressure and meet deadline
- Excellent communication skill and people skill
- With outgoing character and can-do attitude and a good team player
- Willing to travel
