Position Description
The FLA is seeking individuals to become Research Assistants on the Research and Assessment team in Shanghai. Research Assistants will work under the Research and Assessment Manager.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
? Coordination of Assessment surveys for the Assessment team.
? Conduct surveys for the Assessment team, and other fieldwork connected to the Assessment team activities.
? Writing assessment reports in Mandarin.
? Work with the Assessment team to enhance the effectiveness of and expand the program.
Qualifications
? A strong knowledge of written and spoken English.
? An understanding of and experience in communicating statistics and data.
? Strong organizational skills.
? Candidates need to be highly reliable, well-spoken and well-informed of labor issues, human rights issues and corporate social responsibility
? Strong team player and a willingness to travel.
? Bachelor's degree in a social science preferred.
