Responsibilities :
- General supervision and responsible of operations, operators, work plan and projects.
- Control and perform given production schedule. Show data.
- Achieve operation standards and objectives
- Control of quality and LRR with corrective action. Show data.
- Improve labor efficiency and productivity.
- Inventory and materials flow control.
- Combating absenteeism and punctuality.
- Enforce process specification, job instruction, company policy, and operation policy to be followed.
- Handling of grievances and day-to-day personnel problem.
- Co-ordinate with product/process engineers to carry out Evaluation or other specific projects as assigned.
- Responsible for housekeeping, discipline and safety in line.
- Maintain good human relationship, effective communication, motivation and counseling.
- Develop the managerial skills of problem solving, judgment and decision-making.
- Co-ordinates with peers to up dating and follow up all information are whenever change of shift takes place.
- To develop and handling job problems systematically.

Requirement :

- Diploma & major in manufacturing or engineering.
- 1~2 years of related working experience in the semi-conductor industry.
- Team player, good supervising and communication skills
