JOB OBJECTIVES:
To be responsibe for all mechanical technical issues including design review, spec/Datasheet review, shop inspection, installation quality supervison, plant commissioning support etc. To work out Installation/ maintenance plan for the special pieces of equipment for PGM project. Site wide small project/MOC management. Facilitate site maintenance process optimization.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Lead the whole team including contractors be in line with all EHS standards of both BASF and local authorities and keep good EHS records within his team;
2. Daily site mechanical trouble shooting;
3. Daily site equipment inspection;
4. Workout/Implement Preventive Plan;
5. Lubrication management;
6. Condition monitoring management;
7. Shutdown planning & scheduling and execution;
8. Plant wide small project/MOC management;
9. Facilitate site maintenance process optimization;
10.Prepare Repair Report;
11.RCA participation / Feed input;
12.Mechanical management procedure preparation & execution;
13.Work out Spare parts strategy and SAP number application;
14.Spare stock follow up and making up;
15.Project support - involving all mechanical technical issues including design review, spec/Datasheet review, shop inspection, installation quality supervisor, plant commissioning support etc.;
16.Other jobs assigned by Senior Maintenance Manager;
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelor degree or above;
2. 6+ years' mechanical management in chemical industry;
3. Solid knownledge about machines/equipment, pipelines etc. in chemical plant, especially about glass-lined, FRP and filter press equipment etc;
4. Good understanding for maintenance management system in international chemical plants;
5. Good computer skill ie. CAD, Office, Powerpoint;
6. Basic English in both oral and speaking is required;
7. Familiar with Chinese EHS regulations
