POSITION OBJECTIVE / 职位目标：

· To perform the verification required according to the receiving inspection plans to all components received at SAIFEI to ensure proper verification of all purchased product. / 根据验收计划对赛飞接收所有部件进行验证，为赛飞所采购产品做适当的检验。

RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIVITIES / 责任与活动：

· Reception of raw material and verification of incoming product physical characteristics according to the receiving inspection plans / 根据验收计划对所有原材料及输入产品的物理特征进行检验。

· Ensure verification that 100% of the product received at SAIFEI contains the corresponding supplier COC according to the company’s requirements / 根据公司要求，确保赛飞所接收产品得到100%的验证，包括相应的供应商完工证明书。

· Perform the Product Audit/Inspection and record results in accordance with company’s inspection plans and component specifications as applicable / 执行产品审核/检验，根据公司检验计划与适用的部件规格记录检测结果。

· Acceptance of conforming product and deliver to company’s stock / 合格品的验收与交付公司入库。

· No conforming material rejection and segregation according to the applicable instructions / 根据适用指导说明拒收与隔离不合格品材料。

· Follow up on actions taken as part of the 10 steps process at receiving inspection area / 跟进10步走程序的验收范围内的措施。

· Conducting material purges at raw material in stock (as required) /（根据要求）清除原材料储存区域的导电物质。

· Perform required activities in special material (Material with special characteristics: TATS, ESD, etc.) / 根据需要对特殊材料采取特殊活动。（具有特殊属性的材料有TATS, ESD）

· Keep the area under 5 S’s +1 philosophy according to company’s applicable instructions / 根据公司适用指导说明保持相关区域遵循5S+1的理念。

· Complete inspection and capture of raw and prepare a store transaction / 完成检验以及原始数据收集，准备入库事宜。

· Ensure proper receiving inspection records are being generated, created and stored according to applicable instructions / 根据适用指导说明确保验收记录适当地被创建，填写与保存。

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE / 本职位所要求的技能及经历：

A. Educational Qualifications / 教育资格

· Junior college Degree or equivalent / 大专或同等学历。

B. Work Experience - Technical Knowledge / 工作经历 - 专业知识

· At least two years experience of product inspection related activities / 至少两年生产检验相关活动经验。

· Good experience in drawing’s interpretation related job / 图表的理解相关经验。

· Experience working with electronic softwares/packages / 具有电子软件/程序包的工作经验。

C. Professional Skills / 专业技能

· MS Office tools proficiency / 熟练使用办公软件。

· English is preferred / 懂英文者更佳。

· Good training skills / 超群的培训技能。

D. Behavioural Skills / 行为技能

· Organized / 有组织有纪律。

· Ability to work with groups of people / 具有团队合作精神。

· Work under pressure / 抗压性强。

· Good sense of leadership / 卓越的领导能力。

E. Desirable Aspects / 理想条件

· Aerospace requirements knowledge / 航空要求领域知识。

· ISO 9001, ISO 14001, AS 9100 and or equivalent knowledge is desirable / 了解，熟悉ISO 9001, ISO 14001, AS 9100和/或相关知识更佳。
