POSITION OBJECTIVE

· Management of wire prep.area by supporting internal and external customer demands, in complaince with SAIFEI requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIVITIES

· Personnel administration of wire prep.area.

· Inventory control (cycle counts, rework, back flush, adjustments, transactions)

· Area Metrics control (efficiency, performance, 5'S, etc.).

· Addressing related production problems for cutting area.

· Planning and balancing the working load assigned.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

A. Educational Qualifications

· Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineer.

B. Work Experience - Technical Knowledge

· At least 2 years working experience in similar position in manufacturing area.

C. Professional Skills

· Troubleshooting ability.

· Staff management skill.

· Inventory control and Line balancing.

· Computer skills.

D. Behavioural Skills

· Good service attitude and interpersonal relationships.

· Advanced communication skills (Written and verbal) and team work spirit.

· Well organized.

· Leadership.

E. Desirable Aspects

· Knowledge for ERP, MRP.
