Main Function Responsibilities and Activities / 本职位的主要责任以及职能:

· Monitor the manufacturing progress and on time delivery according to customer schedule

· Maintain a sufficient visibility that anticipate changes of workload

· Identify, negotiate and dispute resolution of any event may affected the delivery

· Act as a customer point of contact reporting progress on customer orders

· Properly feeding ERP according last customer schedule release

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE / 本职位所要求的技能及经历:

1.Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering or Project/Engineering Management

2.3 years experiences in aerospace or equivalent manufacturing industry

3.2 years experiences in production planning as engineer/planner

4.Written and oral professional English

5.Good ability for negotiation and solve problems

6.Statistical and analytical knowledge

7. MRP understanding

8. Strong creativity, leadership, assertively, flexibility

9.Advanced communication skills and interdepartmental interaction

10.Good interpersonal relationship and ability to multi- task and prioritize

11. Experiences in EWIS manufacturing industry

12.Experiences with start-up operation

13.Experiences in project management
