一、工作职责
1、建立健全仓库管理制度、检验标准以及出入库流程；
2、制定仓库工作计划，按计划完成各时段货品的配送、盘点；
3、指导下属货品的保管存放；协调仓库与各部门的工作关系；
4、对下属员工进行业务技能培训和考核，提高员工素质和工作效率；
5、不断优化仓储管理的工作流程，提高工作效率，降低成本，根据实际工作状况，积极提出经营和管理的合理化建议；
6、定期检查安全防火、防盗工作，杜绝隐患，制定应急预案；
7、完成上级下达的其他相关工作。
二、任职要求
1、，有过三年以上服装或耐消品成品仓管理经验，对货品的流转流程熟悉；
2、能吃苦耐劳，不抱怨，能身先士卒，带领团队；
3、协调能力强，能主动配合销售部门进行物流方面的控制及货品的及时输送；
4、安全意识高，能做到严格的安全管理，货品流转流程管理中细心，能及时解决纰漏及问题；
