1、负责维护前台区域内的整洁干净，接待访客、来宾的登记，对无关人员、上门推销者阻挡在外；
2、负责接听来访电话，做好记录和传达工作；
3、负责邮件、信函的收转发工作，做好信息的记录、整理、建档；
4、负责公司办公用品采购、领用登记，桶装水的购买、预定；
5、办公室盆景植物的日常维护和保养；
6、协助完成办公资产、办公用品的采购、维护和管理，协助统计行政费用的使用情况；
7、统计员工考勤，按要求上报相关部门；
8、传达行政通知、相关文件或备忘录，协助组织公司各种活动和会议；
9、完成上级交代的临时事务。

岗位职责包括但不仅限于以上内容。

岗位要求：
1、 大专及以上学历，形象气质佳，声音甜美，有相关工作经验者优先；
2、 有英语基础或能适应英语工作环境者优先；
3、 熟练使用Word、Excel等办公软件，会借助互联网查找资料；
4、 优秀的口头表达能力和文字表达能力；
5、 认真、负责及积极进取的工作态度；
6、 思维清晰，勇于面对挑战，有团队合作精神；亲和力强，服务意识强；
