职位描述

Position: Regional Sales Manager (RSM) -Southern
Purpose of position:
RSM must comply with company principles, management rules, operation procedures/regulations for all his/her job related activities/behavior. RSM must try his/her best to achieve the regional business goals which is a part of the whole company's through his professional work.


Job responsibilities:

  1. Understand and accept Company Culture and rules of Management and Operation for all function related to Sales operations.
  2. Execute the business strategy for the assigned region; Be overall responsible for the region's business results.
  3. Be overall responsible for the region's sales staff's performance and management, supervising salesman's job related activities; jointly responsible for their development and maintain an excellent work force in line with the company's principles and policies.
  4. Be responsible for market potential evaluation and sales forecast according to the dynamics and trends of the responsible regional
  5. Be responsible for budget setting, annual sales planning and their execution; Other resources distribution management (such as loan, goods lending, marketing promotion, product catalogue) for the responsible regional
  6. Control and monitor sales quotation (include special price and exceptional requests)
  7. Select and introduce distributors in the responsible regional; Set the division plans for the distributors; Maintain good relationships with the distributors
  8. Coordinate the conflicts between the overall marketing policies and the regional marketing characteristic; Coordinate the conflicts between the sales persons and the distributors.
  9. Manage and maintain the key customers of the responsible regional; Organize and participate the visits to the key customers, regional exhibitions and technical lectures of the products.
  10. Work closely with Industry Sales Team, Service Team, Marketing Team and Product Manager Team to formulate Business / Activities plan for the responsible regional


Job requirements:

  1. University Graduate, preferable with Automation/Electrical education background
  2. At least 10 years in sales or marketing, in the related industry fields, among the 10 years, at least three years at manager position
  3. Fluency in English reading and writing; Good command in Excel, Word, Windows, Power Point; Willing to travel; Interview skill; Negotiation skill; Communication with impact skill
  4. Business Acumen; In depth sensor application/or automation component application know-how; Negotiation skill; Market analytical skill; Customer Knowledge; Building Relationship with Customer; Prospecting and Networking; Building Winning Team.
  5. Respect and Trust; Adaptability; Team Work; Initiative and Engagement; Analytical and Judgement; Communication Skill; Innovation; Influential; Coaching; Champion Change; Driving for Result; Mobilizing Resources
