Solarsoft, a developer of business software solutions for manufacturers and distributors worldwide, is currently searching for a Marketing Manager to join our global marketing team to help continue our growth and success in China.
Reporting to the Global Marketing Director, your goal is to generate strategies for the Chinese market place, manage external agencies, coordinate events, and help generate high quality sales leads. Working in a fast paced environment, this is a great opportunity for an ambitious candidate looking to join a successful international organization.
Your CV demonstrates proven a track record of running successful campaigns delivered through online media, direct mail and email. You have great organizational skills and the ability to keep multiple projects and events on track and within budget.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop marketing strategies for the China market place
- Manage external PR, marketing, telemarketing and advertising agencies
- Manage the annual events calendar and coordinate conferences, events and tradeshows
- Plan and execute direct marketing campaigns including email, direct mail, and on-line tactics
- Assist with target database management, including list building activities, list purchases, and data cleansing activities
- Create content and manage translations into Chinese for sales and marketing collateral, press releases, email campaigns and case studies
- Update and create content for the Chinese version of solarsoft.com
- Ensure corporate branding and positioning is maintained in all sales and marketing materials
- Conduct and coordinate market research on key target markets
- Budget management and reporting
- Working closely with sales teams to build influential and lasting internal relationships
Qualifications:
- 6-8 years of B2B marketing experience
- A degree in marketing or related discipline
- Fluent written and spoken English skills
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation systems (Salesforce.com, Marketo etc.)
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Ability to multitask and know when to seek advice and support
- Experience in hi-tech, software or manufacturing industries
Success in this role will require energy and great organizational skills to deliver consistent results to tight deadlines.
