Main responsibilities:
- Source new business opportunities in the agreed market segments, define the best way to approach prospects using all available means (networking, cold calling,conferences & exhibitions etc...)
- Manage and motivate PR, Events and Network Agencies to achieve agreed objectives.
- Work with the respective product team to develop, co-ordinate & Manage PR initiatives for key brands.
- Develop PR plan that will leverage the strengths of key brand to lift the Overall reputation of the company.
- Manage and build positive relationship with regional and local media.
- Prepare crisis management programs to protect the reputation of the company.
- Develop PR Tools to measure effectiveness of PR expenditure versus media coverage received, culminating in a PR Evaluation Report after every major event.
- Provide regular reporting in PPT to GM as required.
Requirements :
- Bachelor degree backgrounds with a plus in Journalism, Communications or Business/Marketing.
- A minimum of 2-3 years' relevant work experience as a business developper in an international PR agency or major MNCs with multiple brands.
- Self motivated, hard worker and challenging personality, with strong negociation skills.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, confortable working with senior Executives and have ability to develop relationships at all level
- Proficient in MS Office (word, powerpoint, excel) and in making research on the Internet. Good speaking and writting skills.
- Possess good verbal and written communication skills, both in Chinese and English. French is a plus.
- Conduct all business relationships in an efficient, courteous and straightforward manner and be able to resolve any issues consistently and fairly.
- Have top-line knowledge of the broader picture - other markets and key clients.
- Experience in luxury or cosmetic brand industry was a plus.
