大专及以上学历.国际贸易、物流类、英语等相关专业； 熟悉相关报关流程，熟悉相应的国家法律法规，持有报关员资格证者优先考虑；具备船务方面的英语能力，熟悉一般贸易进出口的船务工作流程，有较强独立处理业务能力；了解单证制作，了解审核、报关、商检等外贸业务环节，有责任心；性格开朗、为人正直，工作细心负责.


工作范围：
1：沟通解决美国仓遇到的一般包裹问题
2：上门拜访有合作意向的客户，努力达成合作，签订合作合同。
3：协助客户完成公司内部流程（包括软件使用培训，公司内部海外仓流程优化，空海运知识普及）。
4：处理客户来的包裹（包括贴单，装箱标准，托盘装箱标准等实物），检查客户导入信息的正确性，指导客户处理三证。
5：良好的客户体验，提高目标客户的月均交易额。
6：与美国仓库主管保持密切的沟通，随时协助解决美国仓包裹上遇到的任何问题。
7：定期参加行业会议。
8：联系货代，确认船期，尽早出货，提高客户的周转率。
