Job Responsibility (FP&A Manager):

-Provide proactive and constructive financial analysis to review effectiveness of operation, cost controls and financial results.
-Consolidate and review monthly projection with each region, make analysis for variances vs plan and vs last year. Improve projection accuracy.
-Involve in annual plan making, communicate with other departments and regional finance to align on assumptions.
-Prepare quarterly business review reports, review and come up with key findings and opportunities to be improved.
-Act as business partner of Operation, HR etc departments. Interpret financial indicators, analyse business results, provide professional suggestions for decision making.
-Internal control including process set up, review and improvement.
-Take part in cross functional projects, provide advice and suggestions from financial point of view.


Personality Profile:
-Open minded, quick learner, high Energy, teamwork

Competencies Expectation:
-Bachelor or above degree certificated by top ranking Universities
-5-8 years experience in fields of FP&A, commercial and audit
-Strong analytical ability and attention to detail
-Good Communication skills and presentation skill
