职位描述
Responsibilities岗位职责:
1. Review surveys to verify proper application of products by gathering pertinent information, coordinating application layout, advising representatives of additional material requirements (Sales or distributors should take the responsibility of complete the survey.).
审核应用调查表，搜集相关信息，协助应用设计，以确保产品的良好应用（销售和批发商要负责完成调查表。）
2. Communicate with Rite-Hite external companies or supplier to get product specification and make product standard for this factory；
与瑞泰外部公司或供应商联系，获得产品的原始资料和技术要求,并转为本工厂的产品标准。
3. Make drawings and technical standard for related products and components (drawings, quality sheet, technical specifications, survey form, manual, etc.)；
针对相关产品，绘制图纸并制定技术标准（图纸，质量要求，技术说明书，调查表，手册等）。
4. Assist to develop and manage different vendors；
协助开发及管理供应商。
5. Product and component samples confirmation
产品和零部件样品确认。
6. Technical solutions/supports/training on related products for other departments;
针对相关产品向其它部门提供技术支持和培训。
7. Analyze and solve the quality problem together with vendors and company internal people
与供应商和同事一起分析产品质量问题。
Qualification岗位要求:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Hydraulic/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering with 3-year plus working experience.
液压、电子、机械工程专业本科以上学历，有3年以上工作经验
2. Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
良好的沟通，表达，谈判和人际交往能力。
3. Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English and Mandarin is a must.
良好的英语读写能力和普通话能力
4. Familiar with CAD, SolidWorks or equivalent software;
熟悉CAD、SolidWorks或其他相应的软件
5. Willing to work under pressure.
能在压力下工作
6. Will involve extensive travel.
能适应经常出差。
