RESPONSIBILITY工作职责:
1) Be able to meet and interface professionally and pleasantly at reception both in person and when answering the phone.
在当面和电话的沟通中都能保持专业和礼貌。
2) Receive and direct all incoming and internal phone calls. To transfer all calls to the appropriate extension, ensuring that the caller is connected to the person required.
接听所有的外来或内部电话。正确转接电话，确保来电者被接至要求的分机。
3) Register patients. To have good computer skills and general office knowledge.
病人登记。拥有良好的计算机和常规办公室技能。
4) Schedule appointments and take phone messages accurately.
正确地进行预约与电话留言。
5) To phone patients confirming appointments and to schedule various follow up appointments.
致电病人确认预约，并确定之后的预约。
6) Assist all patients and visitors with general information and referrals to all enquiries.
协助病人获取常规信息，或将问询转由相关人员解答。
7) Carefully observing and monitoring emergencies and walk-in-patients appointments.
认真观察并监视急诊病例和无预约病人。
8) Maintain a close liaison with nurses informing them of patient arrivals.
与护士密切合作，告知其病人的到达。
9) Observe strict patient confidentiality.
严格保障病人隐私。
10) Co-ordinate with staff to file and trace medical records， prepare the medical record for the second day appointment case.
协助归档和追踪病历, 准备第二天的预约病人病历。
11) Other job assigned by the supervisor.
完成上级主管交付的其他工作.

*Medical background is highly preferred.
