招聘专员

工作职责
1.协助制定年度招聘计划和预算；选择有效的招聘渠道并负责实施招聘的各项具体活动，保证招聘任务顺利完成；
2.统计招聘数据，制作人力报表；
3.协助制定公司招聘管理制度并完善招聘工作流程；
4.维护内、外部招聘渠道，开拓、建立并维持与各招聘渠道的关系；
5.建立完善后备人才储备库；
6. 协助配合完成校园招聘；
7. 开展工作分析以及职位说明书的更新与管理工作。

任职资格
1.全日制本科以上学历，人力资源相关专业优先；
2.2年以上人事招聘相关工作经验，有猎头工作经验者优先；
3.具有优秀的书面、口头表达能力、沟通领悟能力强
