The Position

We are doing what patients need next. And we are courageous in both decision& action. We are looking for an experienced CDM Process Analyst to join our team.

As a CDM Process Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the continuous review& optimization of Clinical Data Management processes and representing CDM PTM within the Biometrics community. You will also be responsible to sereve as the local point of contact to the Inspection Readiness Coordinator to identify, collect and implement metrics data to assess performance and develope it.

You will also provide guidance on CDM best ractices and compliance in collaboration with sub-functional managers, develops, reviews and updates job role training qualifications together with Training colleagues.

To be a successful applicant, you will possess 3-7 years experience in Clinical Data Management and experience of project management. You will have in-depth understanding of the business and the breater CDM organization.

You could work under minimal guidance and communicate effectively in cross functions globally and influencing& learning skills are needed as well.

A BA/BS degree or equivalent would be desirable. Experience of CDM in Big Pharma or Leading CRO is highly preferred.
