3. 有良好的沟通能力及执行力；优秀的团队建设和管理能力；擅长组织统筹、沟通协调、处理解决问题
Good at communicate and exective, team building and management; able to organize, coordinate, and handle the problem
4. 熟悉各类饮料（含特色饮料、果汁、咖啡、鸡尾酒等等）的制作
knows all cocktails and wines including juice, coffee etc
5. 能够独自研发新品
able to create new product
6. 有时尚触觉，对饮品制作有浓厚兴趣；
has the sense of fashion , interested in making new cocktails
7. 有筹备开店经验者优先考虑。
Has pre-open bar experience is a BIG PLUS
